- Structural Design and Certification
- Management of Trades, Services and Consultants
- Local Council Building approvals
- All related base build works from Demolition of existing, to plaster and paint finishes
The average Shopfront is being lifted 0.6 to 1.2 meters and it takes 4 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the centre's mall support structure.
Eagle Rock will manage the entire process from consultants to relocation or upgrade of Air Conditioning | Fire | Hydraulic Services, Power/Data and all related construction requirements.
